Toners are also meant to remove all remaining traces of oil, dirt and make up. For oily skin, astringent preparation should be used but for dry skin – a mild freshener-toner should be put in use.

Moisturizer the face should be undertaken when performing a face skin care. You can start by splashing the face with cool water or moisturizing it with spray bottle and then blotting it but not to complete dryness. After that, you can cover it lightly with a moisturizer.
